This is the Jump Mat Controller ONLY. You need our Jump Mat (or another mat) to use this controller with the Dashr App. You can purchase the complete system here. This controller is also compatible with Just Jump and Plyomat.

Vertical jump can be calculated using traditional flight time as well as the more realistic vertical accounting for ankle plantarflexion (similar to Just Jump) as the athlete has already traveled vertically before leaving the ground – more details here.
RSI can be captured using 5 consecutive jumps or drop jumps from various heights.

The Dashr Jump Control Module is compatible with other jump mats including Just Jump and Plyomat – allowing you to use those mats while also your online Dashr Dashboard.
